Return Policy for Online Purchases

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days without providing a reason.

Complete the return form (withdrawal from the sales agreement)
Within 30 days of receiving your order, please fill out the return form available in our online store.

Returned items must show no signs of use and must include all original tags and the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Pack and send the returned item
Within 14 days of withdrawing from the sales agreement, send the returned item back to us.

Returns of products purchased in our online store are free of charge within Poland. The condition for a free return is registering the return through the online store and selecting a shipping method marked as “Free Return.”

Refund
In accordance with applicable regulations, the refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the sales agreement. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned products are received. The refund will be issued immediately after the return shipment is delivered and verified in our return warehouse.

Refund method:
– Using the same payment method used for the original purchase (except for cash-on-delivery orders)
– By bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders
